What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your NERVANA unit, you may return it to our office within 30 days of when you received the product to receive a refund.  The sender is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.  

It helps us to know the reason for any return, so please reach out to our support team by emailing support@nervanallc.com with comments or questions about product features, function, and usage tips or troubleshooting.  We are here to help!

Refunds will be processed after the returned unit has been received in the office.

    Where do I send the product for refund?

    Can I get a refund if I was an original backer?  I just received my unit today and I'm not sure it's something I'm going to keep.  I'll give it another week but would like to know beforehand if I can return it or not.
